A lovely property, beautifully decorated. 24 family members from 80 years to 1 month all enjoyed the facilities. Pool, hot tub sauna, games room, tennis court and pizza oven were a great hit. All very clean and well maintained. The extensive grounds were also enjoyed by the 6 family dogs and children playing ball games. We could not have had a better place to celebrate a 60th birthday. Will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely amazing! Everything we could’ve wished for and more, in a weekend away celebrating with family. Beautiful house and barn, decorated beautifully and the xmas trees, lights and decorations were a lovely touch. Can only imagine how fabulous it would be in the summer. A brilliant time was had by all! It was a long weekend break and family get together. The luxurious accommodation was extremely impressive! We had everything we needed, there was so much to do, from chilling out to swimming and tennis and no need to leave the premises once we were there. I cannot recommend this unique holiday home enough. We will certainly be looking at rebooking.

Beautiful house and grounds with absolutely everything you need there to have a wonderful relaxing time. Nothing has been forgotten and nothing has been compromised to make this a luxurious stay. The pool was lovely, the sauna just what we needed and a shower nearby to wash off and energise afterwards. The whole family had an amazing time and the place is so spread out that there were quiet times too. Definitely returning, definitely recommend 100%

We recently stayed Scotgate Cottage for a special occasion and everything from start to finish was perfect! The facilities are incredible, we were entertained for days by the pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis court, pool table, and private lake, all of which are located in the most stunning, well kept, grounds. The house is homely, spacious and provided all we needed as a large family, plenty of space to entertain and relax!! It was spotless throughout, we could not fault anything! I would highly recommend to anyone and will 100% be booking again.

We stayed at Scotgate Cottage in April for easter half term. The house is amazing and has everything you can think off. My sons enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing football on the court and generally just enjoyed all the extra space the house had to offer.. It felt homely and secure and we will 100% be booking again. We had plenty of friends round as the house can accommodate large families or groups of people. Nowhere like it in Norfolk! 5 stars!!
